Someone stealing your car is the equivalent of them having sex with your girlfriend. You don't want either one back. It would just feel tainted afterwards.

Oh, I wouldn't feel bad for someone who dates him. I would never stay with someone who had cheated on me either! And, on topic, I have often thought that I might not want my car back if it had been stolen...they say "drive it like you stole it" for a reason ;-)

No no, see the thing is comparing your car getting stolen to your gf cheating on you is inaccurate.

Getting your car stolen from you is like your girlfriend getting raped, that's how I took the original comment. I mean if my girlfriend was indeed raped I wouldn't hope I never had to deal with her again lol.

All in all though, I think cars are vastly different from women lol. If my car was stolen I probably wouldn't want it back either and I'd just hope my insurance didn't act like an *******.

My response or someone being raped? Do note that I used a double negative, as in if my girlfriend ever were raped or anything terrible like that, I'd be there to support her and help her through it all, I would never turn her away.
