have you ever started in 3rd, and right as it engaged, you dropped it to 2nd and got on it some?? it launches like a bat outta hell! even better from 2nd to 1st but you better be ready to shift!

I have one, have had it for over a year and it works great. I LOVE it. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I had no issues with customer service, I thought I got a bad shifter at first, sounded similiar to the problems listed above, but found out I just didn't have it installed 100% correctly. Once I adjusted the linkage cable properly with the help of customer service, it worked amazing.

Had to do the same thing myself to dail it in. Keep this in mind when installing, because it does take two guys to adjust it properly. You might get lucky and not need it, but when I installed the shifter it wanted to skip 2nd on a downshift until I got it adjusted. Don't worry, it will be worth it because it looks killer with our interior.

I just put mine in last night...Looks cool, but I must have an adjustment problem. Mine skips 2nd on the down shift and will actually act as if its in drive when starting out in 1st.

Any tips on Adjustment. I called TCI and they just said to send it back, but if its just adjustment I would rather not do that.

Thoughts?

How are you guys shifting from 1st? I noticed that it pegs the tach in 2nd right as I shift into it, so I'll end up having to shift from 1st-3rd, which can be tricky. I have 4.10s/Vortech and the stock shifter...

I don't quite get your question.
