The KB BAP is a VERY reliable unit. Its a in line Voltage regulator adjustable (IIRC from 12v to 17v) and will hold the voltage you set it to no matter what your cars voltage (so long as you meet the minimum, I think its rated down to 10V or something like that.) So you set it to something like 15v and your not really overdriving the module or the pump, and it will run rock solid, which is a lot better for the pump, that otherwise is susceptible to your cars fluctuations in voltage, that end up forcing the pump to keep spiking up current to maintain flow.

Which Spark Plugs should I get if they don't send me any?
Here is my tips and tricks thread on the M90 install:

I have the spark plugs that come with PCB for sale, see my sig if they fit.

I ordered the Catch Can from Summit Racing:

You also have a few other options, see the recent thread on Oil Catch Cans....

Thank you, I'll have a look what type of plugs I have. Are there any problems with running the stock plugs? Did you have to re-gap them. I'll have to get someone to install the charger for me as I just don't have the time to do it myself.

Pretty sure you need the ones in my sig for the 07...Since I have the newer head that came out mid 08, I didn't need them. Mine is the smaller diameter and Roush said I must just re-install them, didn't have change the gap.

So about the KB BAP, should I get the 20 Amp or 40 Amp kit? I'll most likely get the wiring kit as well just to make sure all good.

The one I linked above is made for the single GT pump.

An intercooler comes with the kit. It looks pretty small in the pics that are on the Roush website but non the less it does come with an IC.

Sorry I missed that. I checked it out and it's the 20 amp kit as you suggested. The 40 amp kit is for dual fuel pumps. Thanks JD.
