Smile New Dyno Numbers

Had a tune done today. The base line was set about 2 months ago before the mods at 353 rwhp, 345 fptq. New mods were: Airaid CAI, magnaflow Tru-X pipe and cat back exhaust with street mufflers. The new numbers ware 387.72 rwhp, 367.37 fptq. Needless to say I am happy. Not bad for a auto trans!

The 5.0 motor is really something. It's surprising how well it takes to tunes.

Your mods are better then Ford's. They substantially rebuilt the Coyote engine - new rods, new heads, new intake system new max tune etc. etc. and only got 32HP more then the stock GT for the new BOSS 302. Your data says you got 35HP Maybe they should have just done your mods to a stock GT and labeled it BOSS 302

Tunes on any car out of the factory are VERY conservative. Just look at how much rwhp a shelby gets out of a tune.

Very nice man! Thats only 10 rwhp less, and identical torque to what my 2009 GT with a non-IC Vortech blower put down at 5800rpm. Impressive!

Default Nuke

Nuke,

The Airaid does not require a tune because of the sleve that fits the MFI and matches the ID of the stock. The next tune will be to eliminate that sleve and hopefully pich up the additional 13 rwhp. I do have a SCT Tuner from A-M.
