This topic comes up every now and again. Some people look at it as an apples to apples comparison and say "Awesome." Others are of the mind that despite the narrowing performance gap, there is something about the M3 that still makes it worth more than the Mustang. Whatever camp you're in, hopefully you can appreciate the performance of both vehicles .

Don't get me wrong, I love my Mustang. That being said, if I could afford the M3 I would not be in my Mustang. If you have ever sat in a new M3, you would understand. There is more to that car than just comparable performance numbers.

It's certainly true that interior feel and luxury is far greater in an M3 than a Ford Mustang. But to be honest I much prefer the body stylings of the mustang over the M3 and now that performance is matching, I think that's awesome
