I don't think I've ever driven a new car very far the first day, probably because we usually end up taking delivery on a weekday after work.
Once there's a few hundred miles on the clock, there's no thought given to not piling up the miles. Up to ~100,000 miles, anyway.

I love driving my car so much that every single day after I took possession of my car, I drove it!
I have to admit, the driving experience of the S197 to me is awesome, especially compared to the weenie cars I drove before.
The only other cars tat would outclass my pleasure of the S197, for me at least, would be a high dollar car. Other than that, to me, the S197 is the best pony car.

I drove straight home from the dealership and took about 400 pictures (sure felt like 400). And although she isn't my DD, it was within a few days that I began driving her 800+ miles round trip about every 2 weeks.
