You purchased a used Diablosport tuner for $300? Did it include the custom tune as well?

FYI, You can purchase a brand new SCT Xcal tuner with 3 custom tunes from Brenspeed or AM around $379.00.

BTW, I would have your buddy contact Amazon and tell them about the issue with the CAI and see what their response is. It wouldn't hurt!

Just curious - if a tuner transfers owners, and the original owner was in the Bama Free Tunes For Life program, does that transfer with it?
No. You're in over your head. Wash your engine bay.

amazon is good on returns, why are you bashing them? HAVE you even attempted a return? Seriously?

If it's from a vendor off amazon, discuss it with them and see what they can do. You really should of done your homework vs buying some random CAI.

I have had nothing but great results from amazon. Even have returned many items, most recently hawk pads which were damaged.
Definatly keep your friends dickbeaters away from your car. That cai is the wierdest thing I have ever seen. Good luck.

Either way, I'd still request a refund. Money is money. Unless it was a gift from your friend and you don't want to hurt their feelings...

I'd still put the stock airbox back on cuz that CAI made me LOL
