How to open fuel door on 2011?

Sounds like a pain in the *** to figure out. I'm totally there with you though.
I've been driving a truck for almost 3 years now and I've started driving my sisters S60 volvo to save money on gas while she's not using it. I got out at the gas station and spent a minute or two pulling and prying at the cover wondering what the hell was going on. Then I remember my buddies who drive small cars always press some button to get it to open. Went back and smack dab on the dash was a little gas button. Pressed it and heard a pop.
It's hard to blame me, of my family my sister has the only car.
Past vehicles:
2008 Avalanche (Dad's)
2007 Suburban (Mom's)
2005 Avalanche (Dad's old truck, now mine)
2000 Tahoe (dad's old SUV, rolled by my sister...)
1998 Suburban (Mom's old SUV)
1990 Suburban
1987 Jeep YJ (Farm Vehicle)
1978 Chevy Pickup ("Dump" truck)
And far FAR out of place, 2004 Volvo S60

pull -> pull -> pull harder -> curse/mutter -> pull REALLY hard and shake it while doing so -> scratch head -> last resigned pull -> look for employees for help
It's really funny, but also very sad at the same time
On topic, I did research before buying my car. Watched practically every video and read every article I could find. It was mentioned a few times, but apparently not nearly enough

My know-nothing dealership guys did not tell me how to open the gas door too! And when I needed to gas 'er up, I swear I wasted like 20min flipping through the owner's manual pages!
The flaw is there are absolutely NO instructions whatsoever that tells you the gas door is a simple push with your finger to open it!
No, I am not here to make fun of you, I was in your exact same boat

Nope, he's for real. And I don;t doubt it either because I was in the exact same boat.
Worse, the G.D., M-Effin Owner's Manual does not say S*** about simply pushing lightly on the gas door to open in. And the dealership guys, who probably don't know how it works either, never told me how to open it during the walk-around before I took possession of my car.
Why Ford would neglect this very simple, yet very important and need to know info is absolutely and totally beyond my comprehension.
I wonder just how many other '10 & '11 'Stang owners were in our same situation?
