Default Does my 2010 stang have TPMS?

I have a 2010 v6 mustang (premium) which I bought used so I didn't get the original window sticker. I want to get a set of nice wheels and tires for it? Is there a way to tell if the current wheels have the toms sensors?

Yes, it does. I believe yours are part of the valves. All Stangs since '07 have TPMS.

I hate these things. More "driver nanny" mandated big brother gadgetry.

Anyway, as for my own car, I will have to get a TPMS trainer sooner or later. That is, if changing the tires necessitates retaining the sensors after you air them up again.

No the only time you need to retrain a sensor is when it's replaced. At worst case scenario if the TPMS light is one after tire service and the pressure is correct it will turn off after a few miles of driving.

Dunno, what does the owners manual say about it?

TPMS is Govt mandated since 2007.
