Default 2012 mustang GT, 2011 GT, or 2012 boss?

I'm going to be placing an order for a new mustang this Spring, I'd say like in 2 or 3 months. I was wondering what is the best way to go. A 2011 mustang GT, 2012 GT, or 2012 boss. The boss's invoice is at $37,000 and by budget is $38,000 so with taxes it will go over. I know the boss has a more powerful engine with many new forged components and tweaks, but thing is I'm not going to track it. I am coming from a 2004 honda civic AT with just 130 hp. I love how the mustang GT gets from 0-60 in just 4.4 seconds. Is the boss quicker? i dont know. Do you have any suggestions as to which one I should buy?

I would look at it like this. If you can afford it, there is no question the Boss is a MUCH better car, at least for performance wise and it's going to be much more sought after later on so resale value will be higher (i'd imagine). If you're only looking to get a DD, go for the GT.

I would bypass on the BOSS only for the fact that it's not a car for driving especially in NYC... too specialty. You can get the same power from a regular GT and adding a CAI and tuner. BTW when you're ready to order the car come see me at Crown Ford in Lynbrook.

How close to invoice are you willing to go?

ok i can come to crown ford. I live in Queens. I priced a mustang online and it's $36,000 msrp. It's the 2012 gt premium with the brembo brake package and 19' wheels, and the 3.73 limited slip. How much do you think I'd have to pay out the door? also how long would it take after I place the order?
