Default excuse my rookieness

Usually before i park the car for the night i take it around the block and mess around. I like to take off at like 5,000 rpms and slide in this back street there, but earlier today when i was coming back from school i tried it but it wouldn't slide o_o lol. So why is it that sometimes ill take off at even 3000 rpms and slide a bit but earlier today the tires didn't even squeal?

well there could've been something on the road or your tires, try turning traction control off too.

I get this too. Its strange. Sometimes I can spin em without meaning to, and once in a while they only squeak.

traction control was probably on. it defaults as on. you have to manually click the TCS button so it shows "OFF" I am very OCD about this when I first turn the car on.

OMG LOL... you clearly have some growing up to do. Only a matter of time before the almighty stang bites you in the ***. That or a cop catches you driving like an asshat, and gives you a proper ticket + points on your license.

I get fooling around from time to time, but don't go stating you usually do that. Which leads people to believe that you are doing that 9 out of 10 times.

Go back and read post #6. For comprehension this time. Look up the word 'default' (minus the apostrophes) if you have to.

If you even have to ask the question that you did, your driving experience so far is not worth anywhere near as much as you'd like to think it does, and your skills - such as they are - are still in need of development.

You probably also wonder why law enforcement seems to pay extra attention to drivers who are still in their teens and young 20's . . .

I was 17 once, too.
