I usually run a Brenspeed 87 octane tune in winter and a 93 octane tune in summer. I was thinking about re-loading the 93 octane tune soon, now that ain't gonna happen.

I believe the cause is mostly speculation by Wall Street (we should stand some of them up against the wall in my opinion) and it seems no one in government will stand up to these bastards! Last I looked, gas inventories in the U.S. were actually increasing. I only drive the Stang in the summer and it gets better mileage than my Explorer, so I have less reason to complain than most folks, but it still pi$$es me off.
I remember when gas was 25¢ a gallon. I would use change to fill up my Pinto. I even remember when I was younger and the price was 15¢ a gallon.
I'm seriously considering getting a Harley Trike.

Just got a new job, start monday and it's 80 miles roundtrip, 5 times a week! This is going to blow! I'm still happy to have found a job in the field I studied but I'm not liking this whole gas price increase.

I've read that gas could end up near $5 a gallon by Memorial Day & $6 gallon by years end. One thing is for sure, gas is only going up from here on out.

My last fill up was close to $50 in my stang. I don't drive it all that much so it doesn't hurt me that bad. Daily driver is a 2005 Focus zx3 which gets about 37-39mpg depending on how much traffic I get stuck in. Still, It's going to suck when it costs $45 to fill that damn thing up.

Hell yea something is wrong with that picture. Espcially considering the oil we are burning now was drilled and barrelled and bought months ago before all this mideast crap started. Some one at the oil company is just lining their pockets which is BS. I think the truckers or something need to strike. I can last, I will kill my own food and get my own water till they drop their prices

On the other hand its finally getting warm and my bike gets atleast 52 mile to the gallon so I got my own way of stickin it to them if they want it to go out the roof.

It's liek $3.26 here. I don't fill all the way up. Just like $10 bucks here and there. I don't have a lot of money so I don't want to get burned filling all the way up and it going down the next day.

Also a student, and paying for everything.
My car has been getting supremely crappy gas mileage lately too.
I just haven't been driving... at all.
