WE NEED 2011 MUSTANG GT COUPE FOR TV COMMERCIAL- WILL PAY OWNER
We are a film production company located in Indianapolis, IN. You can view some of our work at www.RoadPictures.com.
On Tuesday March 15th, we are shooting a commercial for the Hoosier Lottery at Lake Louisa State Park in Clermont, FL. We need to showcase a 2011 Mustang GT Premium Coupe (preferably black, yellow, or red) that does NOT have after market upgrades installed on the exterior.
We are a fully insured production company and will PAY you to use your vehicle for one day of shooting. No extreme stunts will be performed during filming. Professional drivers are available.

ummmmm. Since Ford and Mustang are copyrighted/trademarked you would have to get written consent from Ford to use the vehicles name and/or likeness in a commercial of any sort. Otherwise you could end up in a heap of legal trouble. Just sayin...

Uh....... they are not marketing the car or a product for it so there is no trademark infringement here. Now, if the production company were smart they would approach Ford to see if they were willing to contribute funds to the production since a product of theirs is featured. Doubt Ford would do that with the limited exposure of the commercial. Why do you think logos on everything from baseball caps to t-shirts to car badges are blured out on some tv shows?? The reason is not trademark infringement, it's because they are not going to advertise someones product or business for free.
