As far as it doing something, most folks that have STB's actually serve as a "look good item" as very few folks actually drive the car hard enough for it to be useful.

On the fnsweet.com site there is a long thread about how it actually does work....and for $65 its a no brainer imo.
I just have to wonder about these bars.....I've never had one so I can't say they don't do anything. But, my car handles awesome as it is. Just exactly how noticeable can the addition of this bar be to the cars performance??
I added one and hardly noticed any difference on my coupe, however the one we put on my Dad's convertible and it made a substantial difference in body flex.
Those look much better. I wonder just how much compressive load and bending load the OP's part he linked can take? Compared as to even the stock strut bars that come on GTs equipped with them form the factory that is.
