1. Wait three weeks and put insurance back on.
2. Take car out of storage.
3. Get oil change.
4. Get inspection sticker.
5. Enjoy!

What I've done is in my sig. I just invested a little more into my Mustangular happiness. Waiting for this to show up:

JBA SS Shorty Headers (should provide ~15lbs weight savings). That'll put my car at 3180#!!! with a cumulative weight loss of 165#s with 115# of that off the front end

Not looking for any gains other than handling from additional weight off the front. Maybe slightly less raspiness. BELIEVE ME. You notice 150# off the car. No lie.

Once these go on, my car will be ~ 25# lighter than stock WITH ME IN IT!!!!! Once this single Papa gets enough time (i.e. a free Sat) these'll go on and I'll take pics of my front setup with all the suspension and other lightweight pieces in place. I have a pretty big pile of bolts, hangars, and brackets off the 4.0 alone. If anyone else attempts this, ENSURE that your rerouting of hoses and wires is comparatively secure and away from hot surfaces. Not impossible, but does require pre-planning.

Lovin this car!

1. BBK headers and catted X

2. BBR or Detroit rocker cams (if I ever decide which to get)

3. Kicking around the idea of going to the Boss 302 front with splitter and the brake cooling kit (assuming it will fit non brembo cars)

4. Painted stripes

5. Dot 4 fluid, and other brake stuff

6. Track days

7. Canton painted intercooler and rad resiviours

8. Afco dual fan heat exchanger

9. McCloud RST clutch

10. Find new project - fox coupe??

11. aluminum DS

order may change that drive shaft will move up, just forgot it first time out., but cams headers are next on the list.
