I can't answer your x pipe question but look up timmbos thread on headers. He had the best install tips. Also make sure you have a 13mm flexhead racheting tool. Your hands will thank me later. If your trumpeting gets worse, some mid mounted resonators will cure it. Good luck and enjoy the iinstall.

AMERICAN RACING HEADERS hands down like tx_zstang said they are the only full long tube. 304 stainless steal and all pipes flanges cats etc.... made in U.S.A. 3 year warranty.

I think your expected gains of 20 RWHP are overly optimistic. Even onderful100's thoughts of 15 are a bit high IMO. I'd say 10-15, tops, unless you mate them with cams (which can gain 20-30 RWHP with the right tune and set of cams). Also, you'll need a new tune to turn off the O2 sensors. I don't believe the SF3 allows the user to do that but I could be wrong.
