Default Clutch problems.

So I decided to let my girl friend drive my mustang, like she has my miata and my s2000. She ended up pulling over and complaining about smoke under the hood, I looked into it and towed it to the dealership, they sent it back claimig that something must have gotten into the engine and must have burnt away. The same day, she was driving it again because the knee that I have had surgery on was killing me, the clutch went entirely out. They sat me down at the dealership today and explained to me that " there is a black box on my car and they know what i have been doing with the car" Okay so they know that I have been driving it like a car? I have done one burn out, no doughnuts, and have gone past 100 twice.
I ended up calling the dealership and talking to the general manager, He was on my side, and he said that the factory rep will be there on monday and he will review the so called "black box" info, and if the "info" shows that my car cannot be driven how i want, they are gonna buy this thing back from me.
They gave me three numbers that make no sense to me and they wouldnt bother to explain them to me does anyone know what they mean "35 lbs, 60 degrees, 59lbs (vall sensor)"??
