Default Floor Jack and Jack Stand Location?

I am putting on 4 new wheels and tires tomorrow. For all 4 corners, where is the best place to put the floor jack? What about the jack stands?

I've put the jack under the middle of the front crossmember to do the whole front in one lift and jacking the back up on the pumpkin. I put the front stands where the crossmember bolts to the body back near the cats, and the rear jack stands on the axle tubes near the shock mounts. I haven't had any issues yet.
I'd much rather do it in 2 lifts rather than jacking it up 4 times as shown in that link.
