Black GT500 Wheels and Tires are on
#12
Thanks for the compliments! I was going to get my originals powder coated, however by the time I had the curb-rash on 2 wheels repaired, tires dismounted, remounted and the $120ish per wheel to powder coat I was half way there...plus I wanted to go a little wider in the rear
I bought the same "lip" spoiler that came with the car, but in Black, from a guy who took his off is 2011, that should be here this week. Going to paint the calibers Red...thought about black but I think it may be too much black with the wheels and tires...the red calibers will make it "pop". Perhaps add the hood-spears in black. Also going to lower it about an inch...

an idea for u about the calipers is to paint them black then put a red mustang decal on them. that way you can keep all the black and still have red accents. i did that with mine except used blue decals:

Where did you get those mustang decals? Also what brand caliper paint did you use? Lastly, have you had any issues with the tint on your taillights or side markers? Why did you go with tint film vs having them sprayed?

i got the decals from southern mustang parts who are a sponsor on the site. they got me the blue ones even tho they dont have it listed as a color, so u can ask to see other colors, just PM ken (their rep on the site). i used the paint on duplicolor kit from autozone. ive put about 800 miles on the paint and so far its holding up. and my tints are vinyl overlays from stang mods. i got the blacked out option. if you get them for the tail lights u will have to get HIDs to be able to drive at night lol. also after a little while some bubbles and tiny cracks have formed bc of the heat caused by the HIDs. its not a big deal tho and not incredibly noticeable
