This. But it's still a slight power bump.

OP, I'm guessing you just like the '10+ body more?

It wasn't a lateral move, he went from a v6 to a v8. A gain of what? 105 horsepower?

You guy's miss the important details sometimes, lol.

lol ya what smokinAMD said i went from a 6er to a GT. I would have loved a 5.0 but it just wasn't in my budget and i like the 10+ body style so ya i got this one.

And yes they are the 04 Saleen rims. 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the rear.

OP, you jipped me! I came in here ready to trash on you because your thread title made me think you bought a Camaro using your old 'Stang as a trade in!

Actually, I am glad you did not get converted to the dark side!

I too was gonna jump on here and be all like "WTH? Whats with the rash of guys jumpin to Chevy? Next thing y'know someone's gonna say they traded for a Hyundai and that guy gets a blanket party!!"

PS - not to be a total thread hijacker, but I have a set of MBRP's I just installed last weekend. I paid cash locally. They look sharp as heck and have a really nice sound, but I miss the raw, in your face race car sound of muffler deletes that my 06 had. If you're interested, you help me break even and I'll hook you up. The price will definitely be better than anything you'll find on the net. http://mbrpautomotive.com/index.php?...&part=S7200304
