Default Wheels!

Time for the first expensive project on my 5.0, wheels! Definitely one of the hardest decisions to make. There are a number of options I'm considering, and I'm just not really sure which way to go. So I'm hoping you guys can help me out by voting in the poll and just giving me some thoughts in posts!

Option 1: TSW Jarama

Liking the 5 spoke design on it, and the theme for my car is black on blue, but I also like the chrome accents.

Option 2: TSW Nurburging

Become a pretty popular choice around here lately and for good reason, it looks great. And since I'm aiming for black on blue, I think it's a pretty good choice, but still not sure on it.

Option 3: 2010 GT500 wheels

More classic choice, always thought they've looked really nice on a variety of cars, and they're not completely bright or completely dark.

If money isn't an issue, the Nurburgrings look awesome in person. I went with the GT500's to save some $$$. I get tons of compliments on them.

i like the nurburgring wheels, the matte gunmetal is a very cool color and woudl look great with your car. i'm not a huge fan of adding wheels to a car that some of the same cars come with factory, not that the gt500's dont look good. not a fan of that first wheel at all. as a bonus those nurburgrings are light as hell too, like 22lbs, they are a good 6 pounds lighter than most wheels for stangs. And for what it's worth, the nurburgrings are a bit common HERE, i have never seen them on anything else out in the real world.

If you like the TSW Jarama's, you might want to check out the TSW Strip. I agree that the Nurgurgring is a little over worked as of late. Still waiting to see the strip's on a '10+.

For your color combo also look at Shelby CS40's if you can go with 20" wheels.
