Default Headlight film or covers?

Good afternoon.

I want to darken my headlights and was wondering which gave a better look, the film tint or covers? I was looking at the halo full replacements, but just got my stang and don't want to go through all that's involved in taking off bumper etc. to install those.

Thanks.

Take a look at CutterWolf's stang if you want to see how good film tint can look...I think this is the link to get what he has:

Definitely different options out there for you. There are some clip on style headlight covers and stick on foglight covers out there, and they're more like plastic plates rather than films. There's also of course the color films which are relatively easy to install. Most work would be the spray on tint that requires the removal of the fixture, but you won't want to do that because of the effort to get the headlight enclosures out and all.
