Bingo. Hell I had to go that route to finally get a new transmission (threaten that is). I can't believe how crappy some dealerships treat their customers (and potential future customers for that matter). Though speaking with another local dealership they seemed pretty damn friendly and I don't believe they're a large corporate-type dealership so maybe there are brighter experiences on the horizon. Or no more at all for that matter.

Watching this tread. I have 2 tranny concerns and this is one of them. My wine starts at about 60mph and is there on up but goes away under acceleration. Other is my clutch pedal gets harder to push the hotter it is outside and the hotter the car is. Dealership both said the wine and pedal are normal.

Hmmm... I never noticed the clutch getting harder to push when the car gets hot, but I have no idea what might cause that. That makes three dealerships though that gave an OK on the whine when under light acceleration.
