Yeah, it's still stock clutch sadly. So you think it is just that switch?

Yes, sadly its the stock clutch, but I have not had any issues with it handling the power within the 8th months of driving it before this incident. The tranny has 30K on it, and the engine is pushing 515ish to the ground.

Something's wrong with your shift fork. If it were your clutch it wouldn't go in any gear.
Or maybe something is wrong in the shifting mechanism, which is inside the transmission.

Only way to know is to open it up.

If it's under warranty, take it in. Otherwise, maybe see how much American Powertrain will charge for a rebuilt trans (or the broken part(s) if you feel up to opening it up yourself).

Or you can just go to a junkyard.
