I am thinking that I wouldn't trust that. If you are really interested in longtubes for the 4.0 MAC makes some nice ones I believe. You may also want to consider watching some youtube videos of V6s with longtubes. Some of them sound great, some sound awful. Good luck.

well i want long tubes for sure so now just to figure out if mac or pacesetter or obx or any other. let me know what would be my best bet
