Default Good shops in Texas/Florida

So I知 from Florida and I値l be moving from Germany to Texas in July. Who are they good Mustang mechanics/race shops in Texas and Florida? I知 looking to get new wheels/tires, better suspension and possibly some bodywork while in Texas. When the car moves to Florida, engine work will be done to the car (possibly swapping out the engine completely).

I'll be around Killeen Texas and around Port St, Lucie Florida, so hopefully the shops won't be too far.

In that general area of Fl, the most well known shops are:

http://www.blowbyracing.com/

or

http://www.steeda.com/

I have not personally used blow by racing, but have heard good things. I did use Steeda on 2 ocassions when I lived in S.Fl, they did great work, but were pricey.

A friend of mine dealt with Steeda once or twice.

Thanks for the feedback

Port St. Lucie is about an hour from Steeda's Pompano Beach shop. No better place to have your work done. If you go just ask for Gus, he will take good care of you.

I lived in south Fl. for 30 years and no one touched my mustang except Steeda.

Blow by racing helped me resolved my supercharger issues and are great guys!! And chris jones has a tremendous reputation as a tuner! For engine heavy stuff I'd go there

I can't help with recommendations, but let me be the first to preemptively welcome you to Central Texas... I work out at Fort Hood... maybe I'll see your 'stang on the road once you get here... Thanks for your service.

Real Street Performance in Longwood, FL is really good too. Just thought I would throw them into the mix.

I have a BBR tune on mine. Instant throttle response, excellent power and never a hicup. Chris Jones knows his tuning!! At least I personally can vouch for his Roush F/I tunes.
