Got a call from Brian, Ford district manager. He assured me the issue will be addressed. If not (which he highly doubts), he is going to provide me with other options. Some of glimmer of hope. The ford engineer will examine my suspension issue on Tuesday. We will see then. Thank you for your assistance, Deysha.

Hi, Deysha.
Just spoke to Fahmi and he said that Ford tech support is aware of the problem but does not have a solution at the moment. My dealership will call me when they hear from Ford. I will let Brian know of this issue.please give him a heads up as soon as you can.

I just picked up a 2013 GT and am having this exact issue as well. Loud groaning/creaking noise from the suspension which is most noticeable on speed bumps. I'm going to contact my dealership about it today, car just hit 400 miles.

Sorry to hear that, Madmoose. I am speculating that there are more out there but don't realize it yet. Please let us know if your dealer repaired the issue so we can tell ours.
