Just a question but why not take it to a performance shop that is well known such as Brenspeed, bama, and or jdm. there are others. Just curious as to why u didnt take it to someone that specializes in mustang performance

The only way to avoid this happening to someone else is to let the shop know your intentions of letting all the forum member know the shop. As long as there is no false statements, they cannot sue you for libel. Your post did not have direct accusations on the dealer, just let all the forum members know that the #1 ROUSH AND SALEEN DEALER IN AMERICA does not stand behind there work. Just the fact that they were unwilling to have the car towed back to their shop show their lack of integrity. Is it your fault the car didn't break down in their lot.

Also, THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!

That sucks man! I would say they left the spark plug loose! And the noise they heard that they thought maybe a exhaust leak was compression from the motor leaking past the plug! Seen it many times,to bad they didn't check when you were getting the dyno pull!

Yeah I didn't even think at the moment that it could have been what you described, because I was super irate... but this isn't the first time someone has said this.

Sorry to hear about your issues and thanks for your service.

I'm pretty certain that I know which dealer you're talking about. I purchased my blower and suspension items from them and they also did the installation. The only issue I had was the fasteners for the end links on the front stabilizer bar weren't torqued properly and loosened after a few hundred miles causing some clunking.

The owner and staff of the company seemed like stand-up guys and I'm surprised they offered so little help to you. From what you describe it certainly sounds like poor workmanship and the company should compensate you for your loss.
