ummm... yeah #1, rousch and saleen are made elsewhere, that dealership just sells them and #2, that kit you chose does not have a warranty(only the 525hp kit does). #3, thanks for being an early adopter, hopefully they learn from their mistakes before the people with less money take a crack at the superchargers Last... you probably would have been better off going ot a reputable performance shop that specializes in mustangs.

I would've unleashed hell on that dealership until they agreed to fix the problem at their own cost. When it ejects a sparkplug after only days past the install, IMO it seems like they should be taking responsibility. In any case, I guess that's what happens sometimes when you go out of warranty big time with a mod and something goes wrong.

I'm really sorry thought honestly, that would kill me for that to happen if it were my car so I can absolutely understand your frustration. Thanks for serving this country though, and I'll keep my fingers crossed that your 5.0 gives you no further problems

How about that I was going to have my 2011 GT modified by them... NOT... You should have the number 1 dealers name prominently displayed throughout this post so other could be made aware of this shops practices....

I will not list their name until my lawyer speaks to them.
