Default tracked the car for first time with supercharger

Went to the track for the first time without it raining and cancelling the event. It was around 92 degrees and my air inlet temps were around 165 to 170. My reactions time were good and 60ft times were 1.8 most of the time. I ran alot of 12.6. Couldnt get better than that. It cooled off alot around 830 but they shut it down at 8. So I think I can do better when its not so hot but it was a blast. I raced a suped up duramax and beat him by two tenths of a second. My MT's hooked up great and the LCA's i put on did fantastic.

Glad you finally got run it. Feels good to hold the hammer down for that long without having to worry the law is behind you with a set of handcuffs! LOL

Link will help you determine the DA at the track. I know my track which is at 52 ft above sea level can see a DA of over 2000ft when it gets hot and humid. On Memorial Day weekend the DA was at 975 ft and my times dropped 2 tenths from Aprils 1800 ft.

Those tires are the bomb. What psi were you running? I run them at 30 psi with my auto and get zero wheel spin off the line. What brand of LCA's did you install? I have some J&M ones I need to install.

Congrats on the times, and they are only gonna get better.

thanks for the link 808 the DA was 12.4 at 110
3200 above sea level here. I was hoping to run a bit faster but im sure better driver mod i could get it to 12.3. Maybe next time.

So I was thinking about either adding the stage 3 package to my saleen which is a common package for people who have a stock block or using that money to help purchase a new B302 from brenspeed. I wonder how much more torque that engine has over the stocker. I wonder if my HP would be a bit more with the swap. Descisions decisions.
