Only review on AM's site. I'm gonna go ahead and say pass

There's only 1 product review on the throttle body on American muscle's website. The gains don't seem very promising. At least on a bolt on 5.0....

Only took 15 mins to install. I loaded the Bama tune after and noticed little to no improvment in throttle response. I compaired the stock and L&M TB and noticed all they did was polished the outside and ported the inside of a stock TB and resold it. AM you may get this back real soon!

Be sure to get AM/Bama or Brenspeed tune (VMP and Evolution are also very good). The 5.0's are seeing in the neighborhood of 30-40 RWHP gains with a good custom tune.

I think the L&M is $400 and no tune required with stock drive-ability.
If no tune is required then I find the gains that are claimed to be highly suspicious. It's like adding a CAI that does require a tune, very minimal gains if any.

If an aftermarket part is supposed to alter the air/fuel/timing whatever by a significant enough amount then it will require a new tune.

Oh i completely agree, I was just saying what I thought I read someplace.

Having a 3v, I could care less about it and thats probably why the info didnt stick in my head.
