you'll have gains, but won't be as noticable as if you added an aftermarket intake

I have a 2010 with the 4.6 but the JLT Cai and Tune from bama was my first mod and I have to say the most dramatic gain of all my mods. It was like day and night.

Plus with the 5.0 you can get the ghost cam tune ;]

AM/Bama and Brenspeed have documented some significant gains with their custom tunes on the 5.0. As with the 4.6L, a CAI & tune combo will yield slightly better results. Typical gains have been in the 30-40 RWHP range on the 5.0.
