Default car accelerates by itself, codes p0446, p061b, p2016

Hello and welcome to my book of a description. To start off I drive a 2005 manual transmission GT. So I was driving on the way go to grab something to eat, just taking my time driving over a speed bump and i stalled out. I turn on my car and i had 3 CELS!!!!!!!!!!!!! They came out of NOWHERE the car has been driving phenomenal lately so i am very shocked. The codes came up with P0446 (Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Malfunction, p061b (cant find the name for it but i hear its to do with fuel control), and p2016 (Thottle actuator control system).
The car is now pretending to be a Toyota and driving for me! It idles at about 1500rpm. When i engage first gear the car automatically starts accelerating slowly without touching the accelerator at all, so once it hit about 2.5-3k and was still acceling i shifted 2nd to 3rd as fast as i could (if i shifted slowly my RPM would just up to redline between shifts) and so on all the way to 5th where it still accelerated itself. It was really a pain because i had to shut off my car at red lights because i my car would try to redline when it was out of gear. First thing i did when i get got home was take off the throttle body (its an aftermarket BBK because ive already gone through 2 stock ones) and i took it apart and reset the spring to the factory setting and retuned my car. CEL's went away but the problem with the car did not, im sure if i kept driving i could get CELs to come back on but im too scared to drive the damn car.
**Almost forgot to mention** First stop is Murillo Motorsports (now known as www.MMSPowerhouse.com) to get the car dyno-tuned either this weekend or early next week because ive been having way too many tuning issues with Mail Ordered tunes and the Ford Dealerships here north San Antonio make me want to do very mean things to them. Im really hoping its a tune issue and at most a small problem with the fuel system

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

P061B - Internal Control Module Torque Calculation PerformanceDescription:Indicates a calculation error occurred in the powertrain control module (PCM). This DTC is set in combination with P2106.Possible Causes:See the possible causes for DTC P2106.
P2106 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) System - Forced Limited PowerDescription:The TAC system is in the failure mode effects management (FMEM) mode of forced limited power. This DTC indicates the FMEM action is in effect due to a failure in an electronic throttle control (ETC) related component or module.
P0446 - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Control System Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit Malfunction

Description:Monitors the canister vent (CV) solenoid circuit for an electrical failure. The test fails when the signal moves outside the minimum or maximum allowable calibrated parameters for a specified canister vent duty cycle by powertrain control module (PCM) command.Possible Causes:
  • VPWR circuit open
  • B+ circuit open (F-Super Duty)
  • CV solenoid circuit shorted to PWR GND or CHASSIS GND
  • Damaged CV solenoid
  • CV solenoid circuit open
  • CV solenoid circuit shorted to VPWR
  • CV solenoid circuit shorted to B+ (F-Super Duty)
  • Damaged PCM
sounds like your throttle body is bad again and you have an evap issue (canister vent solenoid open or wiring open most common) the evap system shouldnt cause your driveability issues.

Im going to try to see what murillo says before i replace the throttle body because i havent even had the new one for 2 months yet. I replaced the TPS sensor, the motorhousing and a brand new TB. Do you think it could just be a tuning issue or are you pretty positive that the TB is just blown. I have another one in my garage i can go throw in there but im not thinking it will make too big of a difference. I would hate to toss a brand new BBK out.

i dont have experience with the bbk tb, but im guessing that the motorhousing swaps from the ford tb to the bbk tb? if so the problem is most likely going to be in the motor not the actual throttle body itself. i suppose the issue could be with the tune, the only way to know for sure is to leave it stock and see if the fault happens again. if it doesnt reoccour, retune it, if it comes back talk to bama.

You are correct about the BBK TB not coming with the motorhousing, i purchased that seperate and brand new from ford. Im going to try to put the new motorhousing on my old throttle body to see if that makes any difference, but i dont think its going to solve the problem.

if the motorhousing you bought from ford was purchased recently you may be able to warranty it if that is the problem.

Well i think i fixed the throttle body, it didnt throw any error codes when i drove it up and down my street. Its still idling at 1500 and then when i have it in gear its accelerating itself until redline if it could, then its taking like 5 seconds to decelerate back to its whacked out idle.
I really hope this dynotune either fixes or uncovers the problem.
