Default Mustang Week (Myrtle Beach)

My fiance and I are going this year. We went a few years ago and what a show. Track night was fun I only got a few passes in b/c they were not setup for the high volume of people racing. The car show was big and lots of vendors. I have been to a few other car shows and this one show is by far the best. You see things that people have done that u wouldnt normall see at a car show. We went to the american muscle car show and that big and lots of nice cars but this car show really steals the show.

This year we plan on going to Maryville, TN for one night and then spending a few hours driving around on the Skyway and then onto Blue Ridge Parkway for some scenic viewing. I believe the trip from Ashvile is only about 5hours so not to bad of a drive once were done sight seeing.

Anyone else going from the forum. Hopefully a few of you are going and if so let me know

I've been thinking about going, but it's a bit of a hike from PA and I have a few other trips planned this year. Seems like it would be an incredible weekend though. I'm pretty sure Eddie (2005Redfire6) is going

Im going. I'll be there that Fri Sat only. Driving from Charleston, SC so about an hour and a half which isnt bad. Taking the fam and staying at La Quinta. We went last year and had alot of fun. I brought my Cobra that time but the Roush this time. This year I purchased a display spot. So whoever is going, hope to see ya there. Stop by and say wuzzup.

I was looking into the La Quinta, good price and doesnt look bad. How far is it from where everything usually goes on?

Its not bad. I got a room with a double bed since I have my wife and kids with me and its 95 bux for 1 night. If its only you, itll be alot cheaper. Probably around 60 or so. If I remember from last year, its about a 15 min drive from the action, maybe 20. We stayed there last year and had no issues.
