Default Front bumper sagging

Around 8 or so months ago, I changed out the front valance to the one with the foglights below. I have noticed recently that my front bumper is sagging on the drivers side pretty noticeable. I have checked all points where the bumper attaches to the vehicle and I just can't seem to find a spot where it can be causing this. It looks much worse in person that the photo shows. Any suggestions?

There are no screws/fasteners to mate the bumper to the fender on the 2010+ cars, which is a mistake.
The previous cars used two 11mm that pinched both panels together.
On the new ones, you have a plastic bracket bolted on the fender where the edge of the bumper snaps into.
Kinda like our rear bumper side.
This design is a flaw and always will be.

I hate this schit, they're supposed to make these cars better... Not in this case!

The way I deal with this when it snaps right back out, is to move the bracket up if it allows it.
If not, I bend the fender edge to get the distance or modify the bracket or whatever, lol.
PITA!

By the time they sag, it's kinda late for a bra don't you think?
Then again, they don't make a bra for every application.
