07-10 GT vs 11-12 V6

I say go with the GT. The sound of the V8 is awesome especially with an afternmarket exhaust. Also, CAI+Tune = fun.
Personally I like the 05-09 styling better than the new ones but thats personal preference.
Ask yourself if you would rather have the gas mileage or the sound and then decide. For me, there was nothing better than hearing that V8 when I started up the car each day....I dont think I could ever get a sports car that isnt a V8....

I had the option of taking a 2011 V6 off the lot that day, or wait a week for them to get my 2010 GT off another dealer. I went to the dealer looking for a muscle car and thats what I left with (not bashing v6's). A mustang needs that deep v8 sound you cant get with a v6, even thought the salesman tried to convince me the new v6 sounds like a v8 LOL.

Get the '10 GT.
LOL I traded in my F150 for a Fiesta. The money I was saving in gas allowed me to trade in my G35 as well and get a 2011 GT.
Its the best of both worlds! Though I do get laughed at by ricers that try to race my Fiesta. I just need a bumper sticker that says "try racing my other car"

OP should drive both cars and then decide...the V6 should perform similar, maybe a few ticks slower, to the older GT (GT has the torque jump but the V6 + 6 speed should make up some lost ground in a quarter mile race IMO)...but the V6 has better potential for 30 mpg highway.
The newer interiors are nice, too.
