Took my car to a car show last weekend and the car started to miss, I noted the air/fuel ratio gauge reading 20 when I gave it gas?
Any ideas. Also I put some fresh gas in the car, thinking that I had bad gas. I removed the rear seat and removed the drivers side float and found
that the tank was full, but the gas gauge only said just a little above a 1/2?
The car only get driven to car shows.

sounds like one of the fuel senders has deposits on it, forget which one it is when the
gauge reads 1/2. you could start running techron to see if over time, it helps.

regarding the A/F, i always thought they were only accurate at idle or WOT.

After some more research, I don't think the problem is in the tank. I think it might be the fuel pressure regulator? When the car starts to miss the air/fuel ratio gauge goes to 20, which means a very lean condition or no fuel pressure. I looking at the fuel pressure regulator right now. The car has very low miles and is rarely driven.
