My TR3650 was replaced under warranty at around 14000 miles. One day, it just started making grinding noise on the way to work. I don't think these units like to be power shifted or shifted aggressively. I've babied her ever since. I'm really afraid of it.
OT - but when the tire son my boss die im planning on using those hankooks you are running, how do you like them? form what ive read the grip for autox and road course work is supposed to be pretty good
I don't want you to drive in fear! Are there any ongoing issues, or are you just worried due to your past issue with the grinding? Please let me know if I can help in any way.

Thanks for asking.....just paranoid because of what happened to mine and from reading comments from forum posts and talking to a couple of shops. New tranny seems to be working fine though.

Ah. Well, I understand that. Glad the new trans is working fine!
