yes, the SCT 3015 does for sure. The SCT 3000 might. You don't need custom tunes for this. Just plug in and select it from the function menu

Only problem is that the TC light on the dash lights up and stays lit when you do this. The Tuner can turn it off in the tune...maybe the TC light doesn't light up if they do that. I'd ask

Many 4.0's have TCS but not all S197's come with TCS. If you don't have a button then you have nothing to turn off.

Interesting...

I was told V6s have TCS, they just dont get the button to turn it off

On the other hand, I have noticed TCS like actions by the car... IE if i try to accelerate hard out of a sharp turn the throttle dials back, even if my foot is on the floor

I dont think My 08 V6 has TCS. I can do burnouts pretty easy and tires still spin when I launch it.

If you don't have TCS on a button on your dash then you don't have it on your car. Only a V6 with ABS will have traction control and there is always a button on the dash for it if you have it.

Check to see if you have ABS. What you said about it feeling like there is TCS even though you have no button is interesting, because several other people have told me that V6s could come with TCS without a button. Don't know if they are right or wrong, but if you have ABS and no button, that might be the case.

Deff have ABS. NO Tcs button on in the top right corner of the media/ climate control panel like my dads 08 Saleen S281SC has.

Spoke to the bamatunes people today, they said they could write a tune to disable TCS. SO i think I will have them write the street tune with it on and the perf/ race tune with it off
