Newbie T5 (In a Volvo) Questions
Hello everyone-I just popped over here with a quick question.
I'm using a T5 transmission from a 2005 V6 'Stang in my '79 Volvo 244 behind a turbocharged '93 Volvo 4cyl motor. My question is this: I'm hunting for a shifter handle since the transmission I bought didn't come with one, and I can't find anything at the junkyards around here. I see quite a few listings on Ebay for shifter handles (both stock and aftermarket), but many of them aren't listed as compatible with the 2005 trans. Some are '79-'04, some are '83-'04, and others are '86-'93, etc. There's only 2 bolt holes...do they match up regardless of the year of the transmission?
