Hennessey HPE650 Supercharged Boss 302 LS

Agreed, keep the Boss a Boss as much as possible. Buy a GT and supercharge it, they are a dime a dozen and not limited production.

my boss put down 421whp and 360-ish wtq with a not so great tune, LTs, catted X and a steeda CAI. lol, the tune cut the rev limiter back to 7200, they thought the boss revved to the same as a 5.0 i guess. i didn't notice they left it there until i had it on another dyno at a benefit car show. it should be 7500 stock and about 7700 tuned.
I very seriously thought about a blower on my boss, but i wanted a procharger to keep the intake. after tracking the car it will stay NA i don't want to add weight or mess up the handling. NO2 on the other hand would be nice, weight added at the track with the bottle removed would be negligible. i really like the idea of a car that can lay waste at the roadcoarse and then put the bottle on and run 10's on the quarter.

Parts were being sold from customers Vipers to satisfy internet and phone orders. Then the parts were not there to complete in house projects on time...parts that were already paid for by the in house customer.
Also, some parts were sold from in house customers cars that didn't even belong to Hennessy.
Again, this is forum banter.

IIRC, information from threads I have read from first hand experience....
