Roush R2300 Supercharger Kit (05-10 GT)
I am currently deployed in iraq and i am trying to do some research so I can go ahead and get a supercharger. does anyone have the Roush R2300 Supercharger and how much horsepower does it increase just from installing it?

All the info is right on Roush's website: This Single Belt Phase 1 2005-2009 Mustang GT Supercharger kit brings the total power to 475 hp and 435 lb-ft at the flywheel. The components included are the following:
Induction system
Intercooler
Fuel charging assembly
TVS2300 ROUSHcharger®
105mm bolt-on pulley
Calibration
Wiring
One of the great things about ROUSH's line of Phased R2300 superchargers is that you can later upgrade to a higher level of horsepower with an upgrade kit. You can upgrade this 2005-2009 Mustang GT Supercharger with the Single Belt Phase 1-2 2005-2009 Mustang Supercharger Upgrade (part #421101).
This 2005-2009 Mustang GT Supercharger is part of a line of Mustang superchargers that allow for upgraded performance over time. This "phased" line-up includes two different FEAD systems, which cannot be converted from one to the other. The single belt FEAD systems are less expensive than the comparable dual belt Mustang supercharger kits. However, the dual belt systems provide a more robust control of power, which is especially beneficial for higher horsepower applications.
This 2005-2009 Mustang GT Supercharger is covered by the standard ROUSH parts and accessories warranty -- on ROUSH components only for 90-days from the retail purchase date (no labor).

This puts it on par with the other blowers on the market. I can tell you its conservative with low boost, just like the other blowers on the market, you can change the pulley and your fuel system and get more power than you could ever need.

yea, i read that but I wanted to know what someone that had it installed thought aabout it!

2nd ,,, I have the bone stock (right down to the Motorcraft paper air filter) Roush TVS on my otherwise, bone stock 2010 GT (I am running the stock exhaust with a set of MAC Boom Tubes) ... The installation pretty simple if you wanna do it yourself ... ... It took me roughly 10hrs to install it last fall ...
I made 460hp/430tq on 9-ish lbs boost with the 3.47" pulley ... Witht he 3.25" pulley I made 485/455, We measured 11-ish lbs of boost with the belt slipping on that run ... Which is similar to the FRPP Whipple ... It was over 100' for both those tuning sessions .. I've ran a best 1/4 mile best of 11.591 @121mph on 18" drag radials so the TVS does make some power ..
I do have the Carmen Goudey quick change pulley installed on the blower with 3.47" and 3.25" pulleys,, I'm running the 3-1/4" currently, but I will run the larger pulley for the winter since cooler air will mean more boost which would likely grenade my stock block ... We had a couple upper 50' mornings last week and I could tell a major difference in the power from the 70+ degree weather we have had all summer ...
The ony rleal downside to the Roush TVS is the single 6-rib drive belt might slip,, That's what Roush means by ..

If you decide to buy new, I'd highly recommend the stage 2 550/500tq kit which will pretty much put you at the max power you'd wanna' run on a stock block ... It has a 80mm upper pulley (a rather small 3.15") Roush does include a tune and a fuel pump upgrade with that kit ... like the Whipple ... and the price is a little than the FRPP Whipple ...
Other than that,, the FNSweet and S197 forums have more traffic on them ..

Interesting, I can't seem to edit my post,, Anyhoo,, I forgot to post I dyno'd 277hp/292tq on a VMP 93 performance tune prior to SC so depending on the pulley and tune, So you can expect see close to 200hp and 180tq increase ... Unfortunately the 4.6l 3v ain't never gonna' be a torque monster with a supercharger ... but you will see 350+ worth of tire shredding torque starting at 2000rpms so be prepared to buy some tires 
..

The TVS is awesome. I went with the m90 which suited my needs better than the TVS and it was way cheaper on clearance. The tvs just has too much power for the auto trans IMO. But with a manual trans I say go for it. It also installs just as easy as the m90.
