Thanks a lot Mongoose! Also, your signature pic is just mesmorizing, geez.

Do you know of any websites, Summit Racing, American Muscle, etc... that offer a complete kit with headers, X pipes, and exhausts all in one? Why not long tube headers by the way?

I'd go with the Ford racing or Kooks long tube X pipe Combo kit.

THANK YOU! I'm looking into it now, but the $7,000 for the supercharger is killing me, haha!

Any difference or reason to choose one over the other out of the two you mentioned above (Ford, and Kooks)? Also, what is the difference between on and 'off' road (cats and noise)? Along with long and shortie header difference (both sound, and performance)?

I believe off road exhausts are cat free. Making them not street legal if you are worried about that.

[QUOTE=X3xMONGOOSEx3X;7683774]Some people around here have said that SLP Loudmouths on our 4.0 v6's sound like rice.

I'm sorry but these

Mongoose,

SLP's sound great! Is this your car?
If so, what's your set up? H or X

I'm just going to push that H on you again, lol. Dual exhaust really won't do anything in the way of performance, truth be told. The extra 1 or 2 rwhp that the exhaust may free up won't even be felt, most likely. However, an H pipe sounds deeper and an X tends to be a bit raspy.

Made my final decision today, and I'm getting these installed when I get my supercharger system from Kenne Bell (Stage-2) put on this week: http://www.americanmuscle.com/kooks-...509manual.html

I'm just not sure what mufflers to mate with them, or if I even need to upgrade from my GT mufflers at all, since they look so nice with rolled tips?

PS: Is there any website that exists that would allow me to listen to clips of exhausts side by side?

Not my car. I have a Torch Red. The car in the vid has a custom H pipe and shorty headers. I have a GT H pipe and GT take offs. I had Boom tubes for a couple months and never really liked them. So I put the GT mufflers back on. I've heard the same basic setup in the video without the shorties in person. Well it sounded good enough that I just bought the SLP's for myself. Haven't had a chance to install them yet.

Mongoose, very cool! Be sure to post a vid once you get the SLP's installed!
