Just another stang for non-enthusiast to buy a pre-build stang...so much more fun and rewarding if you do the work yourself.

Jack Roush can keep that word "hyper" to himself and go move to Japan.

Anyone else notice that current Mustang styling is trending towards the ricer theme?

Blasphemy!

I'm not feeling it. I'm with you Roy.........design and do it yourself. How overpriced is that car?

wow.. talk about whoring it out to make some money.. sheesh, makes me sick!

..

SICK!

Honestly, I'd take a 2012 w/forged motor and built trans over any fancy smancy "limited edition" they put out.. and it'll still cost LESS!

I agree with doing it yourself! That way YOU KNOW what's done to it, YOU KNOW how it was done, and most importantly, if something fails, you'll know how to fix it!

It may be overpriced, but I'm definitely digging the color schemes. So much more rewarding to build your own, but not everyone has the same passion as us on these forums. Those people are called the 'general public'.

In my opinion there is nothing wrong with getting a Mustang that is already modified a good percentage of what you'd want to do anyways. The Saleen came already kitted out, but I'd argue that in many ways I know more about this car, how its put together, etc, than many people who do more of their own stuff.

I wouldn't be so quick to say that this is a car for non-enthusiasts. By that same measure, you could also be saying that people who go and buy a GT500 are non-enthusiasts.

But that's just my .02c.

Maybe the wrong word...but I've noticed that a lot of these "special addition" Stangs are rolling out with mods that forum members on boards like this came up with. Sequential lights, chin spoilers, and a heap of of other mods that comes to mind...
