A list of mods would help diagnose the problem better, do you have a custom tune with that CAI or no?

its a 2008 with almost 62k miles on it. Ive already done an oil change/filter, spark plugs, clean the MAF sensor, throttle body, also dusted off all the wiring connectors.

Exhaust leak? Kinda sounds like it. Might sound slightly different in person though, but that would be my guess.

yea never considered that bc to me it sounds like a lifter or cam phaser. its fine when its idling cold but its starts knocking when it warms up. it does throw the same code..p0345-camshaft positiong sensor. I've already replace both sensors as well. The local shops have told me different things as well as the dealership. All the wiring looks fine. Once its starts knocking the idle gets really rough and it sounds like its gonna stall and sometimes it does.

+1

From the loudness and depth of the ticking noise, I am guessing exhaust liak too.
But I could be wrong. Could be a number of things, such as bad lash adjusters or worse, bad lower end

ok so i spent most of the day under the car. I unbolted the exhaust up to the headers. Then as i was unbolting the headers i noticed passenger side header was missing one of the lower bolts. My guess is the missing bolt is part of the problem

From the vid it sounded like it was passenger side, so I'd say you probably found the problem.
