Default E-Brake Dyno noob question

Ok this is definitely a really noob question, but my E-Brake is broken, does the E Brake lock up the back wheels/Do you use your E-Brake when you do a dyno run? Ive never dynoed and have the chance to do it next week with the car club at my school, but won't have the E-brake cable in by then

Thanks

Don't need the ebrake for the dyno. A dyno has drums that the wheel pushes to then compute the amount of work being done, which then tells you how much power your car is making.

You car should be locked down via straps in the front and back for the dyno run.
