O ya, nothing kills me more then when I clean up my rims and tires and I have to look at my oem calipers. I'm going powder coat them black.

^^^this exactly...I tried to fix this and ordered a kit of G2...The kit they sent me was over 2 years past the expiration date...Did not use, though it's a great paper wieght in the garage now...with the powder coating you can go gloss finish like steve or "wrinkle" like your valve covers? I need to find someone to custom me something like this...

^There's some many different colors and that no exception for black. There glossy black, satin black, black with %20 glossy, %80 glossy, so on and so forth. I know I'm doing the valve covers, brakes, tb, maybe some brackets. Any other suggestions?

Initial product looks good. True test of the quality of the powdercoat is how it does under heating and cooling cycles under the hood and with some regular chemicals like oil attacking it over time. Not knocking him but there is a learning curve associated with powdercoating.

I agree! I know he hasn't skip any steps to his knowledge but like anything in life, he going to learn as he goes. Any suggestion or tips are more then welcome if you have experience in powder coating.
