Cleaning the MAF is a great place to start when an oiled filter is in use.

Hi hardcore302,

I'm glad your idle hesitation was easily resolved! In the future, let me know if I can help in any way.

Glad it's not the fuel pump TSB issue.

ive had that happen to me once i think i had bad gas or something. next time i filled up it was all good, not sure your mileage but if your oil has ever been low your cams could have worn down (seen it happen before with similar symptoms) hopefully that not it though

Digging up my old thread. This problem has been going on and off since the original post. I have been using a paper fiber with stock tune and air box. Maf and tb are clean. What else could it be? A bad cop ? Plugs? Its getting really annoying. Any help is appreciated .

No codes? Just because the light isn't on doesn't mean it doesn't have any codes stored.

It could be a lot of things, such as a coil, fuel pump, a really clogged fuel filter, timing issue. These things are impossible to diagnose over the internet, much less so with no real information.

Only to 05-06's, but you still haven't narrowed the focus down. Datalogging/monitoring will likely reveal the issue. Could still be air bubbles, weak pump, bad COP, plug, etc..
