Shouldn't be a big deal man, if you have a tuner, which from what you said previously I assume you do, you can easily go for a short drive with a laptop, log misfires, pressure, etc and figure out what's goin' on.

Once I can get my RMA'd tuner back from SCT I'll be doing the same. I've got more than a few things pointing to an issue with my own pump. I ain't shellin' out shiznat for more parts til I can verify though.

This problem has returned. I know the manual states to change the plugs at 100,000, but I might see if this is the issue.
Any other ideas? Thanks.

Default Update! Stumbling/bucking during revs/acceleration.

One of the plugs was broken and it was arcing to the coil.
All the plugs cane out smooth, surprisingly, replaced them and the coil. Good as new.
