Will it be $500 to get the mirrors fixed?
I would do a little research then go out of pocket, I can't see those mirrors being nearly that much.

I am assuming a cost will be incurred by having to repaint part of your car?
Find out how much the total repair cost will be and if you even need to go through your insurance. Maybe better off paying out of pocket and not having to worry about your insurance rates increasing. Just a thought. Good luck with the repairs.

Just get some Agent 47 mirrors and consider it a catalyst to a mod. It will come with new glass part and just transfer motor over to new mirror. It will put you back 200.

You said your window was smashed? It sucks but an easy fix, used mirror in good shape from a wreck yard or ebay is the way to go

Thanks for all the support guys, I appreciate it! Anyway as an update I went down to the apartment office and they (the people that work at the complex and their security team) told me they caught the guy! =D

Good news, because my dad is getting ahold of his lawyer and we filed a second report because the kid apparently hit more than my car last night, so they are linked and now the cops have a guy to pin the crime on.

Also getting the dealership to fix it, and my parents are paying out of pocket for it (deductible is $500) since the cost will be around $450ish bucks for the mirrors, and dent repair and paint repair. The mechanic at the dealer said the scratches would come out with some buffing but if they don't, he will repaint it.

Lol sorry about the typo, no they smashed the side view mirrors (both) and dented/pitted/scratched the body work around it. No broken glass except the reflective mirrors obviously.

My bad, I was in such a rage I forgot how to type for a second there.



I kind of want to see who the guy is (I probably don't know him) just to know what a person of no personal morals/integrity, and basically the bane of upstanding society looks like.

Then I will rape him.
